Since Lucas was born, Grammy and Papa Kaplan make a point to purposely come out to celebrate Lucas' birthday. This definitely makes Lucas feel extra special. We have had a wonderful week with Grammy and Papa. Since this is Lucas' birthday week (tomorrow is his big day), we had him pick out lots of fun things to do. One of Lucas' favorite places to visit is the Nashville Zoo. We are members and definitely get great use out of our membership. Today's visit to the zoo was extra special because Grammy and Papa Kaplan joined us. We were there for a very long time, but the weather and company was perfect, so we didn't really watch the clock. Below are a few pictures from our fun day at the zoo.

A good portion of Sam's morning nap took place at the zoo, but this was one of his moments awake. When he was awake, he enjoyed the stroller ride through the zoo.
