Lucas' Big Birthday Bash

Lucas' real 4th birthday isn't until April 24th, but because it falls on Easter and Grammy was in town, we decided to do an early birthday party for our boy. Lucas chose to have a dinosaur themed (courtesy of Dino Dan on Nick Jr.) party at Goofballs, one of Lucas' favorite indoor hangouts. Lucas had a fantastic birthday party and we all couldn't have asked for a better time. Grandma/Papa Lenning and my mom (unfortunatly, my dad couldn't make it out due to tax season) were a few of the special guests present along side about 14 of Lucas' good friends. Our Lucas is one very special little boy and the love that everybody feels for him was very apparant at his party, he sure did feel very special. :) All the children (and many of the grown adults too, ha) had a great time playing the arcade games, bowling, doing the jumpy house, ball shooter room, laser tag and eating pizza/cake. Below are several of the many pictures I took from Lucas' big birthday bash.

Can't believe our baby boy is almost 4 years. Where does time go?

Grammy and Lucas before heading out to the big birthday party.

Before we headed to the birthday party, Lucas opened a few presents from Grandma and Papa.

Oh wow, Lucas' new scooter. He felt so cool getting a scooter of his own.
Trying out his brand new scooter with helmet and all. He also got knee and elbow pads.

At Lucas' big birthday party. Here he is taking a picture with his friends Steven and Anna Catherine. Anna Catherine and Lucas definitely have a little crush on each other, so precious! I melted when Anna Catherine's mom told me she wore her hair that way because "Lucas likes it this way". :)

Sweet Aiden.

Getting a hand down the stairs from Grammy.

Good friends Judah and Lucas.

My friends Emily (Anna Catherine's mom) and Marian with Sammy.

Some of the kiddos climbing the bouncy house.

Grandma helping Sam shoot some balls.

Lucas definitely had a big showing to his birthday party. What a special and very loved little guy.

Best buds Sean and Lucas paling out.

Lucas with his special Grammy and Grandma!

Good friends Gabriel and Lucas. I think this picture is so cute.

Lucas' dinosaur cake with of course some lava that he personally requested from the Publix baker, ha! :) Turned out so adorable and of course tasted awesome.

Our very special and adorable birthday boy!

Everybody checking out the cake.

"Happy Birthday Lucas".

Our big soon-to-be 4 year old with his big cake.

Lucas had such a wonderful time at his birthday party.

Hooray for the big, fun slide!

Love these next 2 pictures of Sam going down the slide like such a big boy and so proud of himself!

Yay for Sam!

Papa on Sam duty....everybody took a turn chasing him around. :)

Look at all those tickets even Grandma one for our birthday boy, ha ha. :)

Jack and Lucas hanging out together. These two have such similar and very sweet personalities. They love playing with each other.

Jack and Lucas driving a car.

What a silly little fella....most adorable outfit by once again my very talented friend Jane Ellen Paraschos. Thanks Jane Ellen, love this outfit and got a ton of compliments on it, you rock! :)
After the party, we let Lucas open up his presents from Grammy and Papa. This marble race toy was definitely at the top of his wish list.

Grammy and Lucas. So honored Grammy could be apart of Lucas' birthday celebration.

A remote control Spiderman car from Grammy and Papa...very cool! :)
