Phoenix Trip: McCormick Railroad Park

A trip to Phoenix could never be complete without our traditional visit to the McCormick Railroad Park. In fact, Lucas asks about that park as soon as we leave Phoenix and until we come back. I could easily say it is that boys favorite place to visit. While it was a blamy 95 degrees, we still had a fantastic time. :) What made our time at the park the most special was a visit from my bff Marla. She made the long journey to see us despite her own children being in school. I tell ya, she made me feel like a pretty special friend. :) What a great day! :)
Les and Mom with the kiddos waiting to ride the carousal.

My wonderful and amazing mama.

Grammy and Lucas being silly while waiting for the train ride.

Mom, Marla, Les and the kiddos "all aboard".

Daddy and his boy sweet boys eager for the train to go.

Sammy and daddy sharing in a laugh.

A great day with my mom and Marla. So glad Marla made it to the park despite not having her own kids with her...that's what you call a true friend. :)

Sam playing on the carriage.

My silly boy getting down and dirty in the sand.

Daddy and Lucas playing.

My best girl Marla and I. Love that girl! :)

Some cute boys playing in the sand.

The sand toys Grammy bought were a big hit with the boys at the park.

Lucas doing what he loves best...playing at any sort of park.

My sweet boy!

They had a mister system and let's just say Sam was obsessed with running into it. I finally had to just strip him down to his diaper, ha! :)
