Our second day at Disney World was spent at Animal Kingdom. Everybody had a fun time going on the Safari looking at various animals and then riding some of our favorite rides. The big news, was that I broke down and finally let Les twist my arm into riding Mount Everest roller coaster....uh, yeah, that was the first and last time I will be going on that one. :) Very proud of my parents, who also joined on this crazy coaster...they are getting more fun the older they get, haha! :) All and all it was a fantastic day with my family!
