A Visit from Ric and Katrina

We had a very special visit from some very dear friends mid April....our San Diego friends, Ric and Katrina Stell came to spend a week with us in Nashville. Katrina was in town the entire week before for a nursing convention and Ric flew out when it was over to spend time with all of us. What a wonderful week we had with good friends, we did so much and had so much fun! The boys absolutely love Katrina and Ric and really never have I seen them grow so attached to friends we only get to see a couple times a year, it was amazing. The amount of attention and love Ric and Katrina show Lucas and Sam just steals their hearts away and makes them pour the same love in return. We are still hearing about how much they miss Ric and Katrina, so do we!! :) While they were in town, we did many things: some shopping, honky tonking downtown, hitting some hot spot restaurants, doing the Hermitage (Andrew Jackson's plantation), attending the Grand Ole Opry and just hanging out around the house and town. They did a great job flowing with our daily routine and they kids crazy, busy schedules....we wish they could have stayed forever! :) Below are several pictures from their week with us! :) We can't wait to see Ric and Katrina again this summer!

Love our Katrina and Ric! Ric brought the boys Lifeguard shirts that they could wear for fun and they didn't want to take them off, they thought they were so cool like Ric's job! :)

Sam definitely has a soft spot for Katrina and wanted her to put him to bed each night, so sweet!

Ric spent a couple hours teaching Sam to swim and he had a blast while learning so much.
