One of our favorite places to travel to isn't very far away, Wilderness, is just a 3.5 hour drive from our house to the Smoky Mountains and we love it there!!! :)) Wilderness, is basically a huge indoor/outdoor hotel water park that also has an enormous indoor ropes course, rock wall, arcade, bowling ally and rides place. The kids (and grown-ups) love visiting Wilderness. This Mother's Day weekend, we met Papa and Grandma (Gene and Lonna) up there for a long weekend of fun! We had a double celebration of Mother's Day and Papa's Birthday! It really was a great time as we mostly just hung around the water park...weather was perfect! We can't wait to hopefully go back next year...below are a ton of pictures from our weekend at Wilderness!
