End of September, Les and I took a belated 10th Anniversary trip (kid-free, just us) to the beautiful island of St. Maarten in the Caribbean. We awaited this trip for several months and it was definitely worth the wait, we had a fabulous time! We were so grateful to Gene and Lonna (Grandma and Papa) who kept our cutie pies, so we could have a little getaway alone. There is not a whole lot to say about St. Maarten because we pretty much RELAXED and lived island style for 5 days! :)) It was great...we did the beach/pool, lots of exploring, shopping Front Street (known for great gems), eating and just enjoying time alone with each other. It really was the perfect trip and I hope we can visit again sometime soon. Below are some pictures from our stay on St. Maarten!
