One of my favorite school events is the annual Derby Fun Run fundraiser! It's where the kids get to run around the back loop and we make pledges for how many laps they make. For this event, I usually run with Lucas and this year my sweet boy made 11 laps, which is just over a mile. I was so proud of him! There is no question that I love running and love my Lucas, so this combined makes for a very fun afternoon. Next year, I guess I'll have 2 kiddos to run with, yay! :)
