The Basement Completion Project

After several requests to see pictures of our latest home project, here they are. Last June we decided to go ahead and finish our basement. We decided to do so because our family was about to expand and it would also increase the value of our home. At first we dreaded this project and feared hiring the wrong people to do the job (we heard so many aweful stories), but we were very lucky to find the most amazing contractor (Greg Stadther from Stadther Custom Homes, LLC). Greg and his crew promised a beautiful basement in 6 weeks (before the arrival of Sam) and that's exactly what we got 6 weeks later and without a headache too, phew! While we lost much of our storage space, we also inquired nearly 1600 square feet of additional livable space that includes a guest room, bathroom, kitchen, exercise room, theater room, wine cellar.
