It's hard to believe it has been a week since Grammy and Papa headed home from their wonderful visit to see us. They were in town for a week and we like to savor every minute spent with them. We had a fantastic visit and did many fun things together. We played lots and lots, shopped, spent some time showing them our new house, went to the zoo, park, downtown Franklin and of course celebrated Sam's big birthday. It was a busy, but very fun time. The boys really enjoy spending time with Grammy and Papa...my favorite is seeing their faces light up with joy as we pick them up at the airport. Unfortunatly, the tears as they leave is not so fun. However, we always know that there is a "next" visit right around the corner to look forward to. We LOVE Grammy and Papa so much and thank them a zillion times for their visit that included much help, fun, generosity, laughter and tons of kisses and hugs for Lucas and Sam. :) Below are some pictures from our visit with Grammy and Papa.  |

We have tears too when the grandparents leave, I love the bike accident pictures - that is a classic look for my mom too. Did your mom tell you that I saw her at the mall?
