Lucas' Golf Clinic

This is the second Spring Lucas has been able to take a week long golf clinic that is offered for his age group. Lucas seems to really like golf and is always asking to play, so we got a couple of his good buddies together (Sean Karp and Owen Tozer) and signed them up for the clinic. The clinic was a week long (each day) for one hour. The weather was beautiful that week, so that was definitely a plus for everybody. Little brothers Sam, Tyler and Seth really liked to watch their big brothers too. All the boys did fantastic and passed the course with flying colors. It's so fun to watch Lucas really get into something he enjoys and we plan on continuing on to the next class once he turns 6 next year. I was really proud of Lucas as he definitely gained some skill and confidence in golfing this year. Hopefully, him and Les will get out their soon to practice up some new skills. Below are a bunch of pictures I took from the week he played golf. :)
Lucas and Owen before their first lesson. Lucas has got some crazy hair going on, ha!

Best buds Lucas, Owen and Sean playing golf together.

Getting ready start...Check out little brothers Sam and Ty. They really wanted  to play so bad.

It was so cute watching Tyler and Sam play golf with their plastic clubs while big brothers learned the real golf.

Can't wait for them to start lessons in a couple years.

Lucas with some serious concentration on the ball.

Teeing off!

There goes Sean! They had to hit these plastic mustard and ketchup bottles as targets. They thought it was hilarious when they would tip out the ketchup and mustard.

Taking some instruction. The instructors would make them sit in their "safety ring" while they were getting instructions and watching their peers tee off.

Waiting patiently for his turn.

So much fun watching him golf!

I think he actually nailed the target in this shot.

Before class on their last day.

Such a cute bunch of little boys.

Stopping to give mommy a quick smile.

Supportive little brothers. :)

At the end of their last class, they got an icee and certificate.

Job well done boys!

I love how proud Sam looks here.
