Father's Day 2012

This year, Father's Day was spent in the Smoky Mountains. It was so special that Les was off work and we could celebrate together with Les' dad, Gene too. I definitely missed my dad and thought back to a year ago when my dad was here to visit and how much fun that was too. Maybe next year again Dad!? :) Anyway, we spent actual Father's Day swimming in the pool and going back to the Rainforest Zoo. We also had a great lunch out and squeezed a little shopping in to. I just have to take a moment to thank Les for being the most wonderful dad our boys could ask for. Lucas and Sam are the luckiest kids in the world to have their very special daddy. Not only does he work so hard on a day to day basis to give all of us everything we could dream of, he gives us his time too, which is the most precious thing ever. When he is not working, daddy spends the majority of his time with us and playing with the boys. Lucas and Sam light up when daddy is in the room and it's because he is so good to them and shows them so much love and devotion. The love Lucas and Sam have for their daddy can't even be described by words. They look up to their daddy and I love how they think of him as "everything" in their worlds. They truly want to be just like daddy and I think that's the sweetest compliment to Les. To daddy/hubby, thank you for all you do and all you provide for us every single day. We appreciate your love, support, devotion, patience and time. We love you so much! :)
