Almost every after while we were in San Diego we would hit the beach for some fun in the sand and water. Lucas and Sam love the beach and especially love playing in the sand. Each time we went down there, we would dig holes and attempt some sand castles, which wouldn't get too far courtesy of little brother Sam who would just knock them down. :) Either way, we always had a relaxing and good time at the beach. One day, we even took a long walk searching for shells and crabs. We did find lots and the boys stuck them in a bag to be washed and brought home. Now that we are home, I definitely miss afternoons at the beach...look forward to going back next year.
