This summer Lucas continued with his second session of ice skating lessons. He successfully completed Snow Plow 2 and will be starting Snow Plow 3 this Fall. Lucas loves ice skating and is getting pretty fast at it too. It was amazing to see him grow from not hardly being able to stand on skates to now being able glide across the ice and even go backwards just a little. He obviously has a ways to go in learning, but each time, he gets a little better and stronger. Hopefully in another 6 months or so, we can start him with a hockey stick...that is if he still enjoys the sport. For now, we just take it day by day, but so far, he has found something he really enjoys! :)

So proud of his certificate of completion (Snow Plow 2)...he is now enrolled in Snow Plow 3 for the summer.

Lucas with his buddy Stephen who is in class with him as well.

Supportive brother of the year! Sam braves the cold (and he gets cold) and just simply being bored to watch his brother skate. We might try Sam this winter on skates...he always says "I play hockey", but you have to be 3 to get on skates.
