Ever since last April when Lucas had his 5th birthday party at Chucky Cheese, all Sam kept talking about was having his 3rd birthday party there too! We kept thinking he would surely change his mind and want it somewhere a little more age appropriate...especially since half the time Sam just puts multiple tokens in the machines and just walks off, haha! Well, our boy is determined and knows what he wants, so he never did change his mind. Every 3 year old deserves a party of their choice, so Chucky Cheese was where it was going to be for our special 3 year old. We had a big turning out of 28 kids and I think it was safe to say everybody had a fantastic time, especially our big birthday boy Sam. Sam also is obsessed with NEMO, so this Chucky Cheese party had a NEMO theme and I think it made for one very, very HAPPY 3 year old. Sam had a great time at his birthday party and felt special to have all of his friends there and both sets of grandparents and not to mention his great aunt Heather as well. It truly was a great time and that made a very happy mommy. Sam loved whizzing around playing all the games, mostly with Grammy who took the lead with our birthday boy. :) He also enjoyed the attention he got from Chucky and friends at the lunch table. He especially was thrilled over his NEMO cake that he finally got to dig into after weeks of waiting, haha! :) All and all, it was a special day for Sam and for that I'm so grateful.
