Hooray for a visit from Grammy...who flew in last month all the way from Phoenix to spend 9 days with us. Les was out of town for the majority of her visit (planned it that way), so as always it was super nice to have her company and help. Lucas and Sam always go crazy for Grammy and eat up every second of their visit with her. I do think that works both ways too! :) I love the look on their faces as we pick her up from the airport...pure smiles and joy. We sure kept Grammy pretty busy this visit, but I don't think she minded one bit! Grammy had the opportunity to read books to both boys classrooms and while they were in school, we had some fun of our own getting pedicures, eating out and shopping around town. With the boys, we kept busy going to the zoo, park, science center and on Grammy's last couple days, playing in the snow that fell following a huge ice storm. Below are a bunch of pictures from Grammy's visit...it was a great time and we miss her so much now that she is gone. Can't wait to see her again end of April! :)
