Can't believe another Christmas season has come and gone. I have to say, now that Lucas and Sam are at the ages of 5 and 7, this time of year couldn't possibly be anymore fun! They really understand and get into the Christmas spirit so well and it's been a lot of fun to watch their glowing faces at everything Christmas. If only I could freeze these moments forever! This year, we did all the usual Christmas activities such as participating in Elf on the Shelf with our personal Elf Ginger, made a Gingerbread house, saw Christmas lights around town and much more. On actual Christmas Eve and Day we did our traditional Santa cookies, "reindeer" feeding and opening presents on both Christmas Eve and Day followed by pure relaxation and good family time. We continue to be blessed in the fact that Gene and Lonna travel to town to celebrate Christmas with us and they are so great about taking part in all of our traditions too! Have I mentioned what an amazing help they are and how much the boys love quality time with their Papa and Grandma!? While daddy had to work both Christmas Eve and Day, we still were able to have some good times with him too and the boys were able to include daddy in on the opening presents through Facetime on Christmas Day...pretty cool huh, thank you technology...we will take what we can get! :) Below, are a bunch of pictures from all our fun we had on Christmas Eve and Day! :)
