Sam at 8 Months

On April 28th, my baby boy Sam turned 8 months old. Sam had a very busy last month reaching several major milestones that have therefore, kept his mommy a litte extra busy. :) Yup, my little 8 month old is now CRAWLING and can pull up to STAND, it's a whole different world around here, but we are all having a blast! Sam is so much fun and an absolute delight in our family. He continues to be such a happy baby and has the sweetest personality. I love his spunk and outgoing nature, he laughs and smiles at just about everything and everybody. He puts a smile on all of our faces every single day. We are all so in love with this little baby! :) Here is what you are up to at 8 months:

Still sleeping great...the same 11-12 hours per night. 2 naps per day.

Still a pretty good eater, but has lost some interest now that he can move around. Still takes 4 bottles per day and solids x3. Snacks on puffs and baby biscuits.

Has NO TEETH yet, so I'm very nervous giving him any other table foods.

Can play a few games now like peekaboo and "where is Sam".

Still babbles nonstop and puts several sounds together.

LOVES playing with and laughing with big brother Lucas, precious to watch!

Has become a little more of a mamas boy then before, but I don't mind at all. :)

Crawling, can sit up from belly position and pulls up to stand.

Now that he crawls, has become very curious and if you are not watching, will get into everything, especially anything paper. :) :)

What a sweet 8 month old. One of Sam's favorite things to do....swing at the park!

Look at those kissable cheeks! :)

Sam still loves bouncing like crazy in his jumparoo. All his jumping in there, still cracks us up everytime.

This is one of the sweetest pictures....Sam having a tender moment with Daddy. He was just hanging out with daddy, when he leaned in to give Les some little kisses. This pretty much melted Les. I love it! :)

Look at who is a big boy now! Sam pulling up to stand just a few days before turning 8 months, pretty impressive! I love how far apart his legs were and he was so proud of himself for doing it.

Ut-oh, about to get into some trouble here with the cable box....I think we are going to keep very busy with this little munchkin, ha! :)
